About the Role:
Kuber Oregon LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Red Robin location in Tualatin, OR! This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a beloved casual dining brand, driving team performance, guest satisfaction, and restaurant profitability. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team
- Drive sales growth and meet financial targets including labor cost, food cost, and overall P&L management
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reduces turnover and boosts employee engagement
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize waste
- Resolve guest complaints and maintain Red Robin brand standards for hospitality
Requirements:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service or casual dining restaurant environment
- Proven track record of managing P&L, budgets, and restaurant financial performance
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 30+ employees
- Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with restaurant POS systems and scheduling software preferred
